House is legit, but Clark should be in the rotation too

    Ennis's hamstrings made him obsolete.

My belief is still Clark > House > Ennis.

Clark shows ridiculous defensive potential with how vocal he is, and his awareness. He's not a freak athlete but he's never in the wrong place on the floor at any time. Give him 20MPG alongside Tucker in the starting lineup and have House check in with 7:30 to go every 1st. Whoever is playing better finishes the game.

While I certainly don't think Ennis and Clark have been rendered "obsolete," OP, I do think that the play of House, Jr. is an exciting development. If he can continue to play as well as he has since being promoted to the rotation, we've unexpectedly improved our depth. He's surprised me, at any rate. House needs to improve his three point shooting (still below 30%) and his rebounding, but we badly needed what he's given us the last few games. Disruptive defense and a surprisingly good fit in our offense. He has decent size for a 3, certainly compared to the 6' 4" Gordon, which is how I see his role (although roles in our system are flexible as hell), and he's smart. I think he'll improve given time.

While not the ideal wing we'd like, considering his inconsistency from distance, with House we're playing with house money. The guy is a gift. I hope Clark gets more consideration from MDA as well when it comes to allocating minutes, but our coach seems to have a fixation with short rotations. I'd live with losing a game here and there if that's what it takes to grow our rotation. Our young guys need playing time. There's no getting around that if we aren't acquiring quality veteran depth anytime soon, in my opinion.

I haven't been able to catch a lot of games, but my guess is that whichever wing player is able to match up and switch against 4s as well as 3s better will get more opportunities to play. It provides more defensive flexibility for a team sorely lacking in the PF position.

House JR can definitely be a starter level dude with some seasoning. Pennis is strictly a bench player although tbh he should have played a couple of mins tonight so Harden doesn't play 41 mins.

LOL what? 28% 3P% and 30% FG% is ballin? Give me a break guy was a complete liability out there and certainly did not make it up on the defensive end. Ennis & House MUCH better which isn’t saying much.

House has been shooting very poorly (just as bad as Clark), but he can attack off the dribble when defense's close out on him. Adds another dimension to our Harden-centric offense, while Clark is an absolute zero on that end

I never liked any of them. They are scrubs and we have our bad record as proof. No way Ennis, Clark, MCW, Melo, Hartenstein should be seeing major minutes on a team with championship hopes. Lets not even mention the fact that they looked totally idiotic starting Ennis. And there are still people who want him to start LMAO. Only Clutchfans.

That 3 MCW hit to break the record was not a MCW play. It was a Clark offensive rebound against 3 Wizards, to set up MCW with the uncontested shot.

Clark is going to end up the better player, no doubt whatsoever. He just has that attitude of team-first even to his own detriment similar to Tucker, Ariza, Beverley, Battier. He's a purist.

Unfortunately he's not ready yet but there's no reason he should be. House has had years. Clark will be helping us in the second half of the season.
