What? When? Where? How? Why? Arrrggggghhh!

And I'm not even a Sixer fan. Just want to see some good games.

That explains the hobble...if this is true the Sixers are screwed. Even if you say "well they have Raja Bell"....Raja Bell doesn't compare to what McKie brings to the table.

    ------------------

I think it was on that trip on offense when he tripped over something, I forgot, but I'm pretty sure that's what it was.

The Sixers are going to be playing in body cast in a minute. All of you rooting for the Sixers should be proud still. They already caused an upset by just winning tonight.

    Shoot.

I am of the belief that voodoo is definitely a viable religion because someone is doing it to the Sixers.

Ouch! Huge blow. Where are they gonna go now to get some help in scoring?

Who knows, maybe it'll end up helping them and giving them even more determination to win. One guy who could step up is Raja Bell, he is very well composed and under control on the floor, he could help out if Mckie cannot play anymore.

Oooh, that hurts. While I think the Lakers would have beaten them anyways, you never want to see a team at less than full strength (and, with all the injuries to Philly, this team is FAR from full strength).

    Too bad.

Hopefully Lynch will return... the Lakers are so lucky; they have no injuries or anything.

You see what Mckie and the general Sixers defense of Bell, etc., did to Kobe this game. Imagine if Lynch were there also.

But now, even though Lynch may be back, they won't have Mckie. They don't even have Speedy Claxton, who was supposed to be a major lift off the bench this season.

    This is 2001.

You can get X-Rays at some McDonalds! [IMG]

And SLC, if McKey could play, they wouldn't lose and I would send you the worst virus known to computer man! [IMG]

Lynch isn't the best bench player in the league.

Did they actually say McKie was out for the series? Remember Eric Snow is playing on a fractured ankle and is doing quite well...

I just doubt it's confirmed that he has a broken ankle. I bet the team doctor thinks he does though. I always hear about players going to the hospital to get x-rays. I bet he does have a broken ankle, I just doubt it's confirmed by X-rays.

    Ok...

Just came from hearing the sports radio and the latest is....

THEY WILL TAPE THE ANKLE and try to run him out there.

Without him, the Sixers are done. The man guards Kobe for Christmas sake!

Good point alaskansnowman, the Lakers can just be glad they don't get injured very much. They're just like the Jazz, they could get hit by a car walking across the street and then get up and walk away in perfect condition. Or maybe it's just because they're too "good" to sacrifice themselves diving on the court for a loose ball.

Told ya Almu [IMG]. The good thing is that unlike teams like the Kings, who depend on key defensive matchups(Christie vs Kobe), the Sixers guards are interchangeable in their defensive system. Will McKie's offense be that much of a factor? That's the real question with this injury.....

Wow, he's playing on a ****ing taped ankle? You've got to be ****ting me!!

Regardless of the outcome (and face it, Almu, the Lakers will win this series [IMG]), you've got to respect this Sixers team.
