Dallas Council takes look at saggy pants ban

actually it's more "hip-hop" type people not black people. don't forget there are a lot of white boys and latinos who have sagging pants.

 

Not racist, though possibly motivated by latent racism or, more generously, a cultural unfamiliarity. Very dumb, and will go nowhere. Not much to worry about, unless and until it actually passes.

Men's swim trunks are just like boxers. Ban those too.
