Rockets do not own China, and certainly not close to 1.5 billion, that is overblown IMO.

there are as many soccer watchers, if not more than basketball enthuasiasts, not all of them are watching teams from Texas.

A group of Rockets loyalists, remnants from the Yao Ming days but really not that many.

only a fool would believe he will opt-in make a trade mandatory with houston within the next 24 hours, He is opting out in the afternoon tomorrow guaranteed if not I will abandon clutch fans for good lolll. Kawhi potentially not being traded is the only thing he is weighing out

You’re wrong, Rockets games are the most watched in China. Major market for us and several players have made way more than they ever would have because of the Rockets following in china.

Give me a number then, 40 to more than 50% are old people in China, and they dun seem to be interested in ball sports other than ping pong, badminton at all.

So that alone rules out the more than 1 billion people potential.

I have been living in the biggest cities for a time, and they like every big team.

From Kobe stans to Lebron fans to Durant, Curry and GSW wagoners. There is a Rockets following for sure, but homers like you think all China knows are Rockets.

It is not the same without Yao, Yao was the single biggest major catalyst to draw attention to the Rockets.
Harden is alrite but he ain't that popular.

Very wrong. They know the NBA teams exceptionally well in general, there are even San Antonio, Milwaukee, Charlotte fans. Fans of smaller markets. You would not even believe.

I doubt that the Rockets were in the Finals last year.

China has money for all the popular teams in the NBA, does not mean the Rockets are the sole recipient.
    Their interest has expanded.

Do you recall the price of the Rockets during the sale being so high due to the addition of our popularity in China?

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bl...rity-in-china-could-push-price-past-2-billion

Basketball is extremely popular in China. 765 million unique viewers watched an NBA game. 1 in every 2 people there.... “The Rockets are China’s NBA Team”

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nba.com/amp/league/article/2016/10/09/houston-rockets-chinas-team

Harden isn’t that popular? Jersey Sales in China last year rankings were:

    Curry
    Lebron
    Harden

You are wrong. All the Chinese sponsors we have and the Exposure we have there would be huge for Lebron who is already popular there. They aren’t Cavs fans. There are a ton of Rockets fans becaue of Yao and Lebron on the Rockets would be a massive boost to his already high popularity in the country.

I’m also no homer dumbass. I know they follow the NBA as a whole now. Doesn’t mean the Rockets aren’t still one of the more popular teams there.
