No they don't. Not even the slightest. The facial bone structure is totally different.

 

The description is probably something along the lines of 6' tan male, 200 lbs, short dark hair. Security sees one photo in the morning and is expected to look for someone fitting that description all day. From 20 feet away, it's easy to mistake someone.

Nothing wrong with asking for credentials of everyone that's backstage. Why do people have to get their panties in a bunch when they're stopped? Show them your credentials, answer a few questions, and you're on your way. But nah, let's throw a fit and claim racial profiling.

 

He looks more like the typical Ameridian Mestizo from Latin America. Very stout, stocky, and short limbed.
