If only tanking would help! Unlike last year when tanking would have gotten us somewhere, this year we'll have to lose a lot of games to gain any ground. We'll have to lose 3 more games than Seattle to move up even one spot. Even if Seattle finished an optimistic 7-4, the Rockets would have to finish 6-7 to overtake them. If we tanked all 13 remaining games, we'd get no better than 8th place, and probably a good deal worse than that considering everybody between us and 8th place is playing .500 ball or worse.
