    6'9" is fine as C in the Sampson system. With Carlton and Fabian we got a little size spoiled the last couple years but truly we don't need that much length at center. If he can guard the occasional 7 footer, run the floor, and rebound he's perfect.

    Kiyron Powell is leaving UH and entering the transfer portal. He wants a starter position or to be able to play every night. Wasn’t playing ahead of walker, Roberts or Chaney

    personally a good decision for him. Best of luck

    Solid but not great OOC schedule. Alabama at home could be fun, Oregon and St Mary's on the road, Oral Roberts would have been a great game 2 years ago.

    What conference teams are supposed to be good this year?

    Memphis is once again supposed to be up there. Kendrick davis transferred there but they did lose a number of players through the draft/transfer (bates, duren, nolley, minott). a couple of the usual play hard but not much actual talent teams. Not much really notable this year and not a better time to be leaving to the B12
