God ECU is bad... The AAC has a chance to be a really good basketball conference, but need to get the bottom teams more competitive.

Is it still safe to talk about the big tournament? I was under the impression that we had to play perfect ball after the big win, and that Memphis game killed our chances.
they secured a spot in the big tourney once they beat cincy 2 weeks ago. before that they were considered right on the bubble and needed some help but that win sealed it. barring a complete collapse after that cincy game which isn't happening obviously. the memphis game has no effect on their ticket and entry to the actual ncaa tourney. the talk now is merely about what seed they'll be
Not at all. They're almost certainly in, what seed they'll have is the big question. The Memphis loss just knocked them out of the top 25 in the USA Today poll (they're now 26th). They're still in the top 25 in the AP poll.
If they lose the last 2 games of the reg season and the first conference tournament game it could be interesting.
too well coached for that to happen. not really interested in absolute worst case scenarios, especially when their season has said otherwise
They'd be back on the bubble I'd imagine, but they haven't lost two games in a row all season. I doubt they'd lose their last three. Anything can happen, I guess.
for someone that called out the board for not apparently posting about the game against cincy, you sure show very little faith with this team. i mean did you just start watching them this season after that game
I agree we have been screwed over by the committee too many times in the past for me to totally relax. I just think this team has done more than enough to get a bid I think we would have to lose out to give them a reason to screw us over and I just feel this team is too good to lose 3 games in a row.
