I though Wade did well with what cards he was dealt. McLane didnt want to tank and Wade got talent in the draft while still gluing a big league team roster in place. I think Wade did great and is a good GM( Luhnow outclasses him and most other GMs for that matter), he is a big reason we are sitting where we are sitting now without having the chance to tank.

This. McLane would've never allowed Wade to do what Crane allowed Luhnow to do. We'd still be a middling team with an overblown payroll full over guys past their prime.
