Well for me the Netflix on the Wii is for my kids. (Technically you can have up to 5 devices on one account.) Game Room I play it on my Xbox360 , Main Living room I have it on a PS3 (Interface Sucks) but it's basically for my wife, and now the kids room can have it. Just waiting for it on the Iphone..

DD- yeah, Blockbuster really, really screwed the pooch dragging their feet on the next gen of video (streaming) and kiosks. I really don't feel bad for them. If you don't innovate these days, you're screwed.

    HD streaming...If that's what they're calling it, it's a lie.

I've been streaming Netflix for a while now, to different devices- PC, 360, Boxee on a Mac Mini, PS3, Sony Bravia, and now the Wii. If I got 480P HD out of any of them I would be ecstatic. At best I get better than DIVX quality...not even upscaled DVD quality.

Blockbuster is dead. Too much overhead to run their company, buying a dvd cost only 3x as much then a Blockbuster rental, and if people want to get the latest rental for cheaper they can just go to a red box for a $1.

Netflix is the future, and their expansion of streaming videos is growing. They are constantly working out deals to expand their streaming library, and for only $8 per month you can't beat what they offer.

As a shareholder of Netflix who bought in at $28 last year to see it sky rocketing to $73 I recommend them to everyone. :)

I was talking to them about competing against GameFly, and running that business for them....but they did not have an adequate budget or plan to give it a fair shot.

I am pretty sure we could have taken Gamefly down....but I think they will fumble that company into the ground.

They are doing things like partnering with TV manufacturers to get streaming in units themselves.......but I think it is too little too late.

That's easy enough- Netflix has paved the way. They just have to get their software out there via firmware updates, etc. Of course, if they can't offer more or different than Netflix, I'm not interested.

    hmm.

I've streamed from my 360 and my ps3 and the HD content is much better than upscaled DVD.

What kind of Internet do you have?
