Twin Peaks is a very well run business. Their menu is genius from a cost perspective. They only have like 4 proteins but still use them fantastically, while concentrating on liquor sales.
This. And Hooters could easily hire more assets if they wanted to, it's not that difficult. People already understand their beauty concept, and it's not like other places are naming themselves after assets specifically (i.e. Twin Peaks, Bombshells, etc). Hooters has become more curvy over the past 5 years. Respect.

This place has really gone to crap in the last few years. Had to walk out of the Kirby location twice as a result of crappy service. First time my order came out completely wrong and they never brought out the right order, like ever...they took the plate with the wrong order away and never came back with the right one. Then they all hid in the back and never came back out so they wouldn't have to deal with it, true story. The second walk out happened when the restaurant was two third's empty and they had us wait for a table, which we did...forever. 290 location is just as bad. If the decline in service is widespread it's no wonder they're shutting down.
