wright, ganaway and griffin are unreal tonight. defense looks better than last season...offense looks even better than last season. baylor was like the texans last season...awful defense, really good offense. all they need is an average defense, and they're going to be tough to beat.
did not expect that against TCU, given how great their defense has been over the last few seasons. 2 halves to a game, though...would be very bayloresque to cough this up.
Holtz and May both picked Baylor to win. I was surprised. I guess they knew something we didn't. Edit: Yep we blew last year's game against A&M. This would be a blowout if it wasn't for special teams.
you gotta love that last play of the half. also, the spots on that 4th down stop. first they move it way up past the 31, then apparently spot it way short back at the 32 even after 3 minutes of review to get it right.
No. Actually, I don't really have any animosity towards Briles. Never really did. But his defense, special teams, and overall team discipline have always sucked.
RG III has the opportunity to really boost his Heisman value tonight. The man can recruit though. One of the commentators said that we're loaded with talent on offense. How's that top 40 transfer that might be deemed eligible? Maybe he can elevate our offense even more.
Entertaining game. Hope the second half is as good. OU looking to leave the Texas 9 now too? Teams courting suitors during the season will make for a strange year.
lol, I like how the announcers are like, yeah, he looks like an athlete, but he can throw the ball. Translation, he's a black dude. And then RGIII busts out a 60 yard bomb. Too funny.
he's 15/18 with 13 straight completions for 281 yards with about 9 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. the man can throw the ball.
if they score on this possession, BU has a chance to make this ugly. huge statement victory against a ranked opponent in week 1 for them.
It looks like he worked his butt off this summer. Patterson gave them plenty of locker room material.
