Will the frogs redeem their embarrassing loss in 2004 and continue their run towards a bcs bowl game? btw, frogs have the longest win streak in the nation...
My boss is going to that game...It's sold out and should be a great game... I think TT will win, but it'll be close...I'd love to go... My Coogs are playing Grambling... Coogs: 49 Grambling: 17
I'm going up to see this game tomorrow with T Rex, an avid TCU fan even though he went to Baylor. I had a good laugh two years ago at his expense. The spread is Tech by one. After last weeks deplorable performance against freaking UTEP, I wouldn't bet a dime on this game. This one could really go either way. Either Tech had a major mind-fart last week, which this team has done before, or UTEP has put together a good program this year. Or Tech isn't that good this year. As most of you know, I'm typically as avid a Tech fan as there is (ie: www.myspace.com/texanfan ) but after last weeks game, I'm a bit concerned. Either way, it is going to be a great time in Dallas. I'm going to get to see a ton of my frat bro's again. Some of which I haven't seen in more than 10 years. And to those who think myspace sucks, you are flat wrong. By far and away it was the easiest way to get back in touch with a lot of these guys. Oh well, back to being me. GUNS UP, BABY!
You want some real entertaintment? Watch a TCU and Tech grad match wits over a game of scrabble. Down right hilarious.
Being a TCU alumni (and going to the game tomorrow), I am obviously pulling for TCU. That being said, our secondary is terrible (all first year starters) and our top two running backs are still hurt. It's gonna go one of two ways...TCU wins by 5 points or less or Tech blows us out of the water by 20 or more. I hope it isn't the second, but have a gut feeling that Tech wins. And I don't give any credit to the royal A$$ WHIPPING that Tech put on us two years ago...that team went 5-6 and was terrible. Still, Tech should score at least 38 points, so it's up to our offense to win it.
TCU is going to win this one by two touchdowns. Book it. TeeeeeeeeeeeeeCeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeUuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu! I've been waiting for this game since the begining of the season. Someone said this isn't on CSTV, but on outdoor network. Is that right?! I need to call Buffalo Wildwings to see if they will be showing the game here in College Station. GO FROGS!!!
WHOOOOOOOOO! The game is on Outdoor network! Sweet! I was mad that it wasn't on tv. GO FROGS! College Football OLN Sep 16 04:30pm Sports, 210 Mins. TCU has the nation's longest winning streak at 12 games. They are going against Tech on Saturday for their 13th. The Red Raiders will be the first Big 12 team to play a regular-season game on TCU's campus since 1998. It is also the first matchup of Top 25 teams at 44,008-seat Amon Carter Stadium since No. 10 Texas beat the 12th-ranked Frogs 44-23 in 1984, the last sellout game before Saturday. Last time TCU won more than 12 in a row, they won 14 which included a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.
ooooh, not looking good. as an aside, in just glancing over at this game (b/c someone's girlfriend wanted to watch it on one of the 3 tv's in the living room) b/t watching the other games, this might be the most boring game ever played. lsu/auburn at least had real defenses going at it, this is just boring.
TexTech came out firing blanks today! Guns a blazing...LMAO. 3 points! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA! Teeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Ceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!! Way to go Horned Frogs! WHOOOOOOOP!
Can't wait to hear the Tech fans excuses. Just got back from the game, and I have to say that Tech has the rudest fans in football. Too bad that TCU D shut them all up. 4-0 vs. the Small 12 in the last two years
Whoa there partner...TCU is decent, but now BCS...I'm glad they won though... UofH won as well, and next on the schedule, Oklahoma State...I'll be there...
