    Irrespective of what happens today it has been a great ride this season with you all, especially after the difficult Saint Easterby era, the chronicles of Watson’s massages, and O’Brien’s GM debacles.

    Many of you stuck around during some grim times when it felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel. Our discussions often had more questions than answers - questioning why are we punishing ourselves with this effort.

    I appreciate those who passionately stuck to their convictions about the team’s past decisions. While we haven’t always agreed, this forum has had some thoughtful back-and-forth discussions. Can you believe we went from 3 page game day threads to what we have now?

    The changes in team culture under DeMeco, Stroud, and Anderson have sparked more lively conversation this year. Even when we disagree, we you have been pretty respectful or have in-depth conversations agreeing to disagree.

    Y’all make watching this team so much more fun!

    Now let’s go get that W today and enjoy the ride.

    I’ll admit im a bandwagon fan but that’s mainly because I don’t get to watch Texans games. They are almost never broadcast in the upper Midwest market. Got the same problem with the Rockets.

    Thank god the Stros success means I get to see them but some more. Hopefully that will be true of the Texans and Rockets

    I’ve read that in several places. I can only assume the toxicity of the D&D swept them up because in the sports forums they were always appreciated. Or maybe they just said “F this place” and took their talents to Twitter.

    It was one heck of a season. They just ran into a buzz-saw in the Ravens.

    The ravens were clicking on all cylinders, their defense was stout. Even with a score of 10-10, it was because of the punt return, it’s not like the Texans breached their goal line.

    Also the Baltimore QB was making passes, and effectively scrambling for positive yardage, more than exasperating the Texans defensive players and coaches.


    At least they had a tie game at the half, giving an illusion of perhaps this would be the year the Texans made the AFC championship game. But was not to be this year.
