But you can't deny DAT FUNK. I'm very excited about some of the stuff we're working on. I'll also note that this was only the 2nd time we've gotten together as a whole to jam. Had to rush it because our drummer and bassist was going out of town for some time the day after and we wanted several things to send to bookers so we weren't stagnant with them gone. Met and assembled them all through the wonderful Reddit and feel like it was serendipitous as we each lived about a block away from each other. We've got our first gig here in Austin this Thursday at Aquarium off of 6th street but the big gig will be at Speakeasy off of Congress the 2nd of August. I've been fan since "Chandler Parsons Stole My Girlfriend" I like the sound. Good work. I think you can have something with the all white band and the funky style. Good Luck
Fun sound. My suggestion would be that the bass needs more frills; I found his part a little monotonous until the 3:30 mark. In mixing, I would turn the guitar up a bit. Otherwise it sounded pretty good to me

Pretty damn good. Don't know if maybe having a chick do the chorus would be better. Sounded like you were struggling a little with those high notes. I think this was your best work yet. Congrats.
