ClutchFans Game Thread: Warriors @ Rockets 4/4/2024

I had plans to post somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 mullet memes tonight. That plan was too soon too.

 

The moment would not have been too big for Tari or Sengun. Missing those guys suck. And for sure the Rockets have several soft players it’s frustrating.

 

The progress is 0.500 or almost 0.500 after 3 seasons of being the worst team in the league. And that's with Sengun and Tari out.

Recent bias on this forum is always wild Rox gonna win a ring after every game Rox are trash after every bad loss smh.

There's a saying that's been passed through my family for generations: "When life gives you pumpkins, you make pumpkin pie. Also, Warriors suck and I can't wait til they finally fall off for good and the Rockets dominate them again like in the good old days. And F*ck the Jazz for good measure."

They played against the disgusting Warriors without any effort. Embarrassed

 

This was a great season but I could see this slow motion trainwreck against the warriors for weeks even before the win streak.

The young guys gotta be stronger and smarter next year. They learned this year what it is to be strong and play defense consistently mainly within a single game. We need to get to the next level and treat that defensive tenacity and ball movement as the expected and be able to focus on the details. This is how the warriors are a great team . . . in addition to raw talent.

Ime will get the guys there. We gotta keep Ime though he might be our real most valuable.

So much to dissect here, from leaving their shooters wide open to Green's inability to pass out of a double-team, but not even going to bother. These guys did not bring it and definitely have given up on the season. Jabari was the only serviceable starter.

i'm so beyond exhausted by getting humiliated by the Warriors. It's been literally over a decade of this crap.

Maybe you missed the Warriors bum rushing Jalen from the jump. Teams are going to take Jalen away as much as humanly possible and knowing this what happened? Every single other player excluding Jabari and Cam sht themselves and ran away with their tail between their legs and most of my disgust is aimed at our high priced vets. The guys who had been there and done that who were supposed to help these youngsters mature and prepare for these very moments couldnt be bothered to show up. Get both Fred and Dillon off this team. Udokas rotations were ass also.
