Strangely the Rockets actually have a “better” chance of beating the Worriers at full strength. They know them quite well and had them beat had the Worriers not gotten lucky AGAIN.

Whenever a key player or 2 are out, Rockets seem to always struggle.

Rockets take this regardless because the Big 3 is finally playing well...

It’s amazing how Rocket fans still feel inferior to the Worriers. Rockets can beat them as long as CP3, Harden and Capela are healthy.....which they are...

I noticed a lot more fluidity in our offense during the Denver game. It seemed like they were getting buckets from the actions in the plays rather than from the iso's, which I think is what we saw more last year. It could be that Denver just can't defend the Rockets for some reason, but I hope it's a sign that the team is coming together.

It seemed to me (but I may be wrong), that they were able to get downhill more often via dribble hand offs and by setting multiple screens. Earlier in the season, the offense looked more like a simple screen, get the match up, then iso. While Harden and CP can definitely make that work, I think it's much better as a last option once all the options on the play are shut down by the opposing defense.

On the game, hope we take it. We'll get a lot of momentum by beating GSW even without Curry.

I think its 5-3 when paul plays

5-2 is when both harden and paul played gsw last year

Not when Paul plays though, but he has to score close to 30 without many TOs.

Rockets have a good opportunity here to get a win without Curry, but they need to show up and compete like they did against the Nuggets. None of that earlier in the season nonsense.

Hope the show some pride and come out guns blazing.

The biggest difference I'm seeing is the offense is being initiated 10x quicker past half court. Harden and CP3 are playing like leaders again with an extra bounce in their step. Hitting shots of course helps the initiative.

With or without Melo -WIN. If Melo doesn't play in this game, he ain't coming back as Rockets. With or without Stephen Curry- WIN. Warriors ain't winning this game I don't care what anyone says.

Find it surprising we are favored even with Curry out...

Really dig this post because it puts into words what I felt during that Denver game. Easier baskets and all those "downhill" runs at the basket either with James having a step, or with James and Capela guarded by one defender. It was beautiful.
