Put Capela on KAT, he is shooting his jumper outside Dwight´s comfort zone.

Its not how you start the season, its how you finish it. Even though the rockets have been disappointing recently, they look like they are starting to turn the corner. I still believe!

Our guys may be visibly tired after playing the Grizz. I think Memphis is one of those teams that just wears the competition out, especially our bigs. Marc and Zach are two of the more physical forward/center combinations in the league.

He may have exaggerated it a bit, but that elbow James got from ZBo was probably pretty damn painful. Shoot, the tumble Ariza took when JGreen tried to block his layup looked rough for a foul.

Anyway, this is another game we SHOULD win. But, if you let K-Mart and co. open too much, they can hurt you. Wiggins is a great talent, and Lavine is fun to watch.

Maybe Corey Brewer will reverse things and drop 52 on his former team, instead of us.

IF Dwight plays, you have to go to him often. The only guy on the TWOlves that can defend Dwight is KG, and I don't expect him to play too much. The nasty history between those 2 is fun to see when they play each other.

I expect Tayshaun to defend James quite a bit, and I think our two biggest issues will be Wiggins and, as usual, any former Rocket (You saw how we made Courtney Lee into an All-Star last night). Ariza must stay on the ground against KMart, or he'll drop 20 on us. Wiggins is averaging 20 points through January, and at 20, he'll have those young legs ready to go at James.

I think it will be close, but our boys in red will win by 7.

 

For the sake of ClutchFans (including myself) everywhere, Rockets keep the win streak going!

The ides of January are nearly upon us, this could very well be the last time you see certain players in Rockets uniforms. Now sure, there's a game actually on the 15th, but deals could get done before then or during the game. I personally hope Jones has at least one more really good game left in him to help fool some GM somewhere that he has potential.

 

We play Cleveland on the 15th.
