    Man... I hate this is the first series that I've ever felt "not a chance" for my Rockets. I will watch, I will root, but man... this Warriors team, argh.

    Last year we only won 1 from them... but 3 of those other games were completely winnable, with 2 ending in a 1 possession game.

    Judging by these last few games, we may have figured SOMETHING out...found SOME kind of fire, and with DMO, Beverly AND Beasley I feel like we're in a much better place if focused.

    I wish we could've done something during the year to instill confidence tho. We shall see.

    I know it's not going to happen but I really want our rotation to be:

    Starters:
    PG - PatBev
    SG - Harden
    SF - KJ
    PF - Ariza
    C - Harrell/Caplea

    2nd unit:
    PG - JET
    SG - Brewer
    SF - Beasley
    PF - Smith
    C - Howard

    Not enough offense out of that team. Warriors can easily handle Harden and make the rest of the guys beat them.

    The main lineup should be

    Bev
    Harden
    Ariza
    Beasley
    Dwight/Smith/Capela

    The Beasley vs. Green matchup can have the potential to swing the series. If Beasley can outplay Green the Rockets can win.

    If Warriors go with their "death" lineup with Draymond at the 5 play Smith at 5 to counter.

    I'd also experiment putting Brewer at the 1 on defense at times as well to see if his length can disrupt Curry. This would also allow Bev to be fresh to maintain his Mr. 94 feet aggressiveness when he's in.

    Yeah, I really hope we show some fight this year. It's time for a real rivalry to start. Might as well make it entertaining. None of that soft ****. I hate this era. This series would've been great in the 80s or 90s. Hit Curry a few times hard in the weak spot, just like in boxing. Please Beverley!!

    someone made a comment a couple days ago on their thoughts on what the Rox should consider doing so passing along... "split KJ/Brew/Bev/Harden/Ariza on their guards and TRY to pick them up 3/4 court. Sub often so the intensity stays high & utilize deep bench...high KJ usage for defense"

    at this stage Rox should try anything and everything...nothing to loose at this stage.

    The sad thing is that even if we'll miraculously beat the Warriors, we'll face Clippers, Spurs and Cavs after them lol
