Covington can shoot better than him. That is important, but Garcia is a better defender even at this age.

Cisco's D is overrated. Combine that with his penchant for over dribbling and his complete loss of offense, he has become a liability especially if he plays more than 10 minutes. Not sure what he's conserving his energy for but now he's ball watching in tight games.

Covington is most def a better shooter, underrated on D, can board and is still young so has ton more upside than Garcia.

 

Yeah, his defensive style is only effective in certain situations and against certain players. For now he seems like a warm body out there more than anything else. He makes way too many mistakes to be a first choice type of player.

 

cisco plays like garbage... his hoisting threes when the clock s young is getting out control.

 

If I never see Cisco on the court again wearing a rockets jersey I'd be a happier man
