Because you don’t read or critical think let me refresh your memory. I said its a personnel/roster issue more than coaching. You can Malone or Pat Riley in here and it doesn’t change the fact this team is flawed in it’s construction.

I totally understand where you're coming from, but man would that feel sad if we traded both Jalen and then Alpi. The two of them were the first lights in maybe the darkest period of Rockets fandom in the last 40 years, and it always sucks to see homegrown guys leave. They have a clear culture that extends from the top of the organization - all the way down to the interns. They target and hire people that fit that personality and culture and let them do their jobs. They actually have a lot of people that understand basketball at a high level and they work very hard. They pay attention to detail. Now compare that to the Rockets.
