    Harden is flat out lazy - he is so inconsistent. he is NOT an MVP candidate and got beaten out by a MUCH better player last year.

    I am willing to trade Howard. He is not even a 10/10 guy right now and that is no superstar. Harden alone can not take this team w/o any help. I would keep Harden and put everyone on block and change the coaching philosophy and lets rebuild a new team.

    Our only chance to salvage this season is if Harden looks at himself in the mirror and gets better. He needs to mature.
