    Team has a lot to prove tomorrow. We looked severely flawed in a ton of aspects against NO. They need to come out and prove it was a fluke, nothing more and nothing less.

    Shooting is a problem for the Lakers There is no way Lakers have a chance to beat us if we play good defense.
    Lakers looked more severely flawed in a ton of aspects than us.
    Kyle Kuzma struggled with his shot (5-of-15 from the field, 1-of-7 from beyond the arc), Ball finished with seven points.
    The biggest criticism of Magic Johnson and Rob Pelinka's roster construction this past offseason was the lack of outside shooting surrounding LeBron. You can’t win in today’s NBA without 3-point threats.

    The Lakers gave us fits last year, suck or no. They lost Randle but added LeBron. First regular season home game for LeLakers. Refs will be on their side. Let’s not get cocky.

    It looks like, with the Four Wings and Capela strategy we’ll be rolling with as a GSW counter, that power forwards will be our Achilles heel. New Orleans has three of them among their best four players. Our goal this season should be to have a top two seed and enough schedule control to avoid NOH if at all possible. The way New Orleans is looking, however, that might not be too difficult if they end up on track for a top four seed. Maybe we’ll have to try and avoid them in round 2 as well.

    The Lakers also did not intend to win it all in their first season.

    But yeah, they got to sign at least one more Allstar and shooters who can defend.
