    Suffice it to say, but after the Pelicans game, I expect nothing less than 100% effort and tight defensive communication. "LA Nitelife" also better not rear it's head either.

    What we saw from the Lakers vs Blazers was expected. Lakers will play at a BREAK NECK PACE like the Pelicans. Rockets better be ready to match the intensity. And the Rockets better recognize they may have to take a haymaker early with LA Bron's first game in LA. Just take it and slowly punch back. No "panicking" as MDA called it in the last game.

    The Rockets are at their best when Harden "imposes his will" early. He needs to do that.

    Then Rockets win. They are better at that than the Lakers, or pretty much every other team except sometimes the Warriors.

    since when are the rockets better at playing at a break neck pace. they just got destroyed by a team bc according to mda were "tired" in game 1 of a season. Rockets dont play fast. they're an older team. they play at a steady pace This is an iso team with limited off ball movement. its been that way for years now and itll stay that way so long as harden/cp3 are here

    I think that's what the Rockets were thinking coming into the Pelicans game. They coasted and the Pelicans punched them in the face and pantsed them.

    I expect one of the big three stooges(Foster, Brothers, or Karl Lane) to show up. Are they really going to let the LeBrons start 0-2?

    I expect nothing less than an extremely aggressive James Harden from tip. This game is a great opportunity for an MVP performance in front of LeBron and a national audience.
