I have NBA League Pass and no longer live in TX so I don't have the conflict
of being in the 'local' market.
As for nationally televised games, what they are trying to tell you is that
Rockets games that are on ESPN or TNT are blacked out on NBA league pass.
You would have to watch it elsewhere.

I also have Sling TV ($25/mo) and can catch ESPN and TNT games there.

But with Rockets games broadcast on NBA TV, you're outta luck.

 

Print that quote and post it in the Rockets locker room. I want them to see it every day

When any player is playing with lack of effort or skill, then it is MDA's job as a coach to replace them with someone off the bench. Whether that is simply for 5 minutes or the rest of the game, the coach is in charge of making those adjustments. No player should be guaranteed 20 or more minutes if they simply aren't performing as we need them to.

fwiw: This is 4 seconds in the lane by Tristan. It was 6 second on clock when Capela cleared. 2 seconds when ball left WB's hands, and Capela still being guarded by Love, and not in the lane. Who wants to bet L2M Report doesn't mention it?

 

No, they care. Harden's defense has improved tremendously since that infamous video, and more recently, WB is taking fewer shots, and a lot fewer inefficient shots, than he has in the past. Both of those things don't happen, IMHO, without a lot of effort, partially spurred on by ridicule from fans, media, coaches, and probably other players. It's just really easy to backslide into bad habits when you run into difficulties trying to establish better ones. WB's shot selection slipped a bit when it got into crunch time. He'll improve though.

This quote from the Cavs should burn their asses, and it probably will. I expect them to give more effort towards defense and consistency. I also expect them to backslide a bit when they're trying to improve. Hopefully it's only a 'three steps forward, one step back' thing.

Stop stat watching. Love was on bench when Cavs made that run and took lead. Before that Rockets were sleep walking to a W with the great white hope on the floor.

Love is so overrated AND bad fit on this Houston team. Trading him for Westbrook is a horrible idea.

You have to pay extra for NBAtv. Yes, the NBA is incredibly greedy and determined to suck up every spare penny NBA fans might have in their collective pockets. NBAtv was created to make games that should be on League Pass, and used to be on LP, not on LP so they can make more money off of the fans. Fans like us.

Don't ever compare Harden as a defender to those actual defenders. Those guys can play consistent defense throughout the regular season. Maybe it's a notch below their defensive effort in the Playoffs, but it's still there. Also, why did you even include Hayward?

 

It does not. Apparently NBA TV is its' own subscription
so any Rox games on NBA TV don't show on NBA League Pass.
Go figure

Last time I had League Pass was back in 2009 during the Ron Artest Playoffs... I made a complaint about the connection.. back then 5mbs down was considered top tier and the customer service guy didn't help me out so I decided to give him a 0 star service on the survey and he illegally disconnects my league pass account violating terms of contract lol... I got it back but deserved compensation for the inaccessible time lost...
