he's in the vern maxwell mold, you can't change his on-court mentality and just have to embrace the whole package. which on the whole is a positive, especially when he allows james to rest up on the bench
i said this earlier, green is so dangerous. dangerously good but can be dangerously bad too. good thing for him and us he's been way more good than bad so far but i can see how a coach (been several throughout his career) can't ride with an unpredictable wildcard guy like that. it's part of why he has been a journeyman his entire career.
Still much better than JJ with 0 pt, 0 rebound. GG could make some of those difficult shots, he also could miss them. I have no problem.
Saw the highlights, damn we're making it look easy and just clicking. We're not even fazed when they make a run. I see Ariza driving to the basket and making shots, I see PJ making almost every single three, I see Mbah curling through the lane, I see CP3 making crazy passes and taking dribbles just for fun, I see Harden making crazy shots and getting steals to make up for his TOs, I see Gordon taking deep threes and making them again!! I see as a team we're helping out and getting steals, blocks, deflections and at least make it hard on the opposition. This is easily the best Rockets regular season team in history. Just too deep. Now let's take down the one team that might give us the most fits, the Raptors. This is not the 'Raptors game' we had around 2007-2011 where we always laid a stinker. Let's crush em in their house
If Anderson is healthy you may not really see them at all. Harden Paul Ariza Capela Tucker Anderson Gordon Luc Nene That is already 9 players.
Somewhat solid win without even over extending ourselves. Hardens 3 minutes of all time greatness really was the difference and form there on you could see we were in cruise control mode.
not only they know they, dont run out of talent when they reach the rim either..last several games is the best i have seen ariza attacking rim... i think it only goes to prove he is a much better player when not playing long minutes PS had he been able to attack the rim this way in the past, this would have been our 3rd championship run in the last 4 years
I do think Ariza's drives and finishes have improved. I wonder if Luc or CP3 were able to give him some little piece of advice? . . . Clint has hit a bit of a wall (again) in terms of how teams are playing him and at the line. Looks like it's mostly in his head. He just needs to grind through all of that. Raptors are a perfect challenge for us. I'm anxious to see how our longer rotation matches us against their size, shooting, teamwork, and playmakers.
With 3:42 to play in the 2nd quarter James Harden had 7 points. When the buzzer sounded at halftime he suddenly had 21. MVP.
Stop whining n hating black was -12 in this game. Who would you rather give greens minutes to and run to the ground
