    In March, Thompson and reigning Most Valuable Player (MVP) Shai Gilgeous-Alexander are the only NBA players averaging at least 20 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists per game while shooting at least 60% from the field.

    Dori got away with a hold (and maybe a slight push). I’d want that call if roles were reversed. If that was…SGA…they’re calling a foul.

    Thanks J.R….Jabrari acted like we had 20 seconds to get the ball in with absolutely no sense of urgency. Bad coaching that these guys don’t practice simple things like inbound passes and free throws. This occurs every close game so it is not a one off!

    And someone here said “he’s not good enough” lmaooo

    What more does ime need? last year we needed a go to guy, we get one, now we have a roster construction issue inspite of:
    1. Alperen Sengun playing on an All nba level in november and then regressing to his worst career season
    2. Sheppards breakout
    3. Jabari smiths improved shot creation
    4. Amen thompson improved downhill driving and short range middie.

    True and a very good point. I would also say that while Eason really struggled offensively - I do like the defense and length of Eason and DFS. I don’t think the duo will work against better teams but they got us a lead at the half.

    Pelican fans think the NBA is rigged after last nights game. I’ll admit things didn’t go their way. My favorite comment was “I didn’t know there are six seconds in five seconds.”

    I would be livid too if I were them. The way it ended was one of the few times I actually felt bad for the other team being screwed by the refs.
