If the weather forecast holds, it is going to be a rainy and sloppy football game. It will be interesting to see if we can run the football in these conditions.

At the start of the year I would have never given us a chance in this game. But we are kind of on a roll and Cinci has lost seven games in a row. We are favored and probably should win.

Hope we get off to a good start and don't dig ourselves a big hole to dig out of. If we win then all it would take is a win over Okie State or UCF for a bowl game. Something that seemed highly unlikely only a couple of weeks ago.

The Nation and B12 will be glued to this game. A bowl is on the line.

I just realized this weekend the Texans and Cougars are both playing Cincinnati. What a weird coincidence.

Rain no longer in forecast. That should work in our favor.

There are no weird coincidences or normal coincidences, there are just coincidences.

Last year the Texans were playing the Eagles while the Astros were playing the Phillies in the World Series.

Applewhite and Lavine made me feel angry.

Sumlin and Herman made me feel hopeful.

    Dana makes me feel nothing.

This is depressing. No fire at all. From anyone. The players seem uninterested and the fans seem bored. Not a great look.
