And you should probably stop using the treadmill....your mechanics change some when using a treadmill because you're not really pushing off the same way off the ground, as you would normally, since the belt is moving.

Oh I had awful posture before the accidents. No doubt about that there. Posture is much better now, but it's still maybe like 6/10 in terms of being correct. Better than the 2/10 it was around 2010
