whats wrong with it is it's divisive. you cause a lot confusion when you post because I don't ever know where the hell you are coming from. To have so much emotional investment in one player over the team is being a fan in a destructive way. All you have to do is read the game threads to see it at work. It wouldn't be a big deal if before every one of those posts the poster would say, In the opinion of a YOF, that I could respect. It would save a lot of time and I wouldn't respond to the negative emotional outbursts aim toward everything Rockets that doesnt have to do with Yao Ming. Because I would say, oh that's a YOF opinion, so I know where that's coming from. It's the indirectness, the shadowy nature of the YOF that gets to me.

Let me ask you a question. If JVG got a 15 ryan B roster and played for 3 staight years, will you still be a rockets fan?

That's easy. Yeah, of course I would still be a Houston Rocket fan.

We don't have 15 Ryan Bowen's but besides Yao and Tmac I think that is just what we got this season. So I guess we have 13 Ryan Bowen's and we're still fans, following the team through thick and thin.
