Chron: Battier on the mark with 3s

Just saw Battier at the Darque Tan on Louisiana Street. Rest easy guys, he's coming back.

 

Battier's one of those really frustrating players to watch. I've always stuck up for him though; the defense is superb and his low TOs coupled with his ability to get Yao the ball in good places helps compensate for a few things. He only has two moves but he knows it and so he sticks to the two and eventually, that corner/angle 3 will have to go in, if only because of the law of averages lol...

Very confident that he will contribute significantly in the playoffs.
