wow, I can't believe the decision was already that long ago. Time goes by too fast.. Report: 29 other teams seeking LeBron as well
I think it would be pretty cool honestly. His fall to the dark (south) side would be redeemed when he wins a title with Kyrie in his home town.
In 2014, I think the Heat wouldn't be in contention anymore. With an aging Wade who's already been declining due to age and injuries, it would be incredibly tough for Lebron to constant carry that Heat team year after year. With Bosh being around 30-31 years old also, I doubt he would still be the player he used to be and will probably be a mid-range jump shooter. I may be going out on a limb here but I believe in the next two years, James Harden will be just entering his prime. Hopefully, Lin would also evolve as a PG and turn into a really good to great PG. By then, Lebron may consider playing alongside the best SG in the league and a really good pass first PG. IMO, that would be a joy to watch. Both Harden and Lin are very good and willing passers which will also greatly benefit the style of play for Lebron. I may be dreaming a little but the thought of a combo between Lebron and Harden would be unstoppable. Unlike Wade, Harden is a great shooter who could find an open spot on the court and be the recipient of Lebron's assist. But that's just a dream right...?
Basketball aside, could you think of any marketing decision that would boost his popularity and marketability? Already having won a title, being from Ohio, and heading into the double digit seasons of his career? I can see it
Again, Chris Broussard's predictions are proven to be more accurate than other sports pundits. http://pundittracker.com/categories/view/sports
