Who they got? Theyll suck either way imo, only lebron can make the team/city good.. especially as a rookie..
This outcome couldn't have been any better for the Cavs. Especially that number 1 pick was TRADED, lmao.
I feel sorry for Cleveland.. because you know when the contracts of their players expire, they are all bolting for a better city. This is just temporary solution to the inevitable happening.
This is very fishy. Stern looks like he had his hands all over this. Utah is rewarded for gifting Deron to NJ and Cleveland is rewarded for the Lebron fiasco. Any way you look at it, stern didn't want Cleveland to bring down the league with major suckage.
The cavs tanked on purpose. I never believed that the cavs were the worst team after James left. They had the best record a year ago. Apparently, they got reward for tank. I think the cavs' GM should have been the GM of year. He is rebuilding his team so fast.
Cleveland being bad doesn't bring down the NBA at all. Nobody cares about them. If Stern had to choose which teams are sorry, Cleveland would be high up on the list.
No **** they had the best record a year ago, they had Lebron Also if they were trying to tank they should have been the number 1 team, but they weren't. It was Minny who had the worst record in the L. Its the same argument that people say about the Spurs and it drives me nuts. If you were gonna tank to get the top pick you'd make sure you get the most number of losses. Finally come to think of it, this pick belonged to the Clips. They couldn't tank for the clips
Guess he desperately wants that Heat/Cavs rivalry. But yeah: One or both picks turn out to be a stud: Bolts following end of contract/maybe extension One or both picks turn out to be duds: They are duds lol. Cleveland can't win.
Great move to get Kyle Irving. But now they will have a glut of small dudes. Irving, Davis, Sessions and Gibson.
Lol. We can only hope. But Irving and Williams seem really special. TWolves/j*zz both have zero need for a PF, so they could very realistically end up with both Irving and Williams (unless TWolves/j*zz trade down/out of top 3).
