    I think Nash deserves it, but i'm goin for Kobe - he's just been dominating this season, the man scored 81 pts, if this were any other era he would have had the award handed to him right then and there. But these days, even scoring 81 points can get you criticism. I'd be happy with Nash or Kobe winning it. If Dirk got it, it would soil the award that Hakeem worked so hard for, because he got it without flopping, b***hing to refs or publicly chewing out his team mates because they made an error.

    Wilt scored 100 in 1962, averaged over 50 points per game for the season, and he didn't win the MVP -- Bill Russell got it. The year Jordan averaged over 37 points per game he didn't win the MVP.

    Scoring a lot of points on a team that's barely over .500 doesn't make you an MVP, in this era or any other era.
