So I was driving home from work today, and suddenly my passenger side window started going down. Till it was all the way down.

Won't go up, I'm thinking the motor is blown or something. I'm not sure whats going on....wish if it was going to break it would stay up.

Any idea what the issue could be? So I have some idea when I take it somewhere.....and then, where exactly should I go to get an issue like that fixed?

you just need a window regulator. it comes with a motor and a really easy install. you can find used ones at an auto salvage yard or they can order you a brand new one. id go with the new one. if youre still in nac the guys at American Auto Salvage can help you out.

I just needed some of the key words. Found a youtube video doing it to my exact vehicle type. (replacing the regulator). Going to give it a shot.

This exact issue happened in one of my old cars. The regulator was blown due to age and the manufacturer cheaping out on the part. Dealership wanted $800 to fix. Instead, I went home and with the help of a drill, a rivet gun, and some Torx screwdrivers, I fixed it by myself for under $80. YouTube didn't exist back then, but now there are a plethora of videos for you to follow. Good luck!
