I'd buy Tate and Jabari being that highly ranked defensively ..... but Sengun? Holy crap .... Udoka is a freaking magician. That's almost as impressive as Adleman turning Chuck Hayes into a useful offensive player.

 

Sengun being that high makes me believe Silas coaching staff were blind or the r word even with the front office order to tank. Silas should've stuck up for him more in interviews. It's like the coach low key lost Alpi and neither felt like proving anything to each other in that twisted broken system. Oh well, no more mindtime on that bum...

It helps Alpi grew 1.5-2" but you cant make that high a jump only with height.

 

It was 100% inept coaching last year.

Maybe I underestimated us

BTW, Tate has become an important piece for our bench squad. Tate and Tari bring another level of dawg. Jeff Green has been awesome and Holiday has exceeded expectations. Can't wait to get Amen back and add him to the mix.

 

It was quite obvious that the problem was our nonexistent perimeter defense. Fans were b****ing about how some random dudes were going off against us. They were going off because our guards were ass on defense.

Aren't team stats kinda useless to evaluate individual performances?

 

People calling Ime a wizard for simply trusting Sengun and Jalen Green to play defense. That's how awful a coach silas was, lol

 

Maybe but usually good defensive teams have players with good ratings.

It is early and WB is not playing big minutes and against 2nd stringers.

 

Hopefully refs would put this into account instead of creating a huge a$$ gap between ft discrepancy

Can't even play great defense if u get whistle for just breathing on a lebron type player

 

With one of the worst defensive centers in the league...
