Got mine from woot last week...only 2 things to complain about: 1) Software was a pain...it was a b**** to make playlists..but hopefully the new firmware that's suppose to come out in November makes things better. 2) Converting your divx files to wmv takes awhile, but I did find a freeware program called Super @. If anyone has anything faster and free please let me know. Other than that, it's been great and the refurb one I got looks brand new with a refurb sticker slapped on it. Pix and video look great!
a birdie told me that you'll see more of the zune clearance. for the zune owners, is it easy to put movies on there? does it look good?
