    i think the texans should file a motion for summary judgment with the referees, seeking to win before they even take the field. i guess it would be more like a no-evidence motion for summary judgment, since the bengals can't seem to show any evidence that they can win.

    wow...dorky lawyer humor.:D

    Parity is when you have good teams. Mediocrity is a better word. There are maybe 3-4 good teams in the NFL.
