Agreed. Even coach nick who I don’t really care for today eveb said that strategy is not going to work against harden. That he would figure it out easily in a 7 game series and feast especially with cp3 and Gordon in there. If we have just Gordon we win that by 5+’with cp3 also it’s a 15+ point blowout. Bucks are good especially in the east but there not their yet. I can tell from watching them last night. They can’t beat a team like us or GS in the 7 game series. In fact I doubt it would go longer than 5 if I’m being honest. There good but there up and coming they still have a ways to go.
Harden was actually 13-26 from the field until he chucked 4 3pters in the last 2 min of the game. Not bad at all considering how he had to really hoist those last 4 shots in desperation.
The buck do have a better coach . But in not worried ; James and Chris are coaches on the floor and they will figure anything out given time and health
So Bucks shut down rest of Rockets, not Harden. It's crazy that players bragging of holding Harden to 40 points.
Trash talking is usually put down or sometimes negative...and can be used as bulletin fodder. But in this case, Brogdon was not being complimentary about Harden...he was patting himself on the back thinking he stopped Harden. It was like Coach Kerr couldn't muster the words to say how great Harden was in the last Warrior/Rocket game. All he said was Harden had a good game...where everyone else knew they were watching WOW playing by a great player. I suspect Harden we "teach" Brogdon a few things the next time they meet...bulletin fodder.
