basically. only thing wade has that monta don't have is more wins and 2 championships. that's it.

as far as playing on the same level, competing every night, both ends, shoot inside outside, fast break, transition.

    monta ellis have it all.

All the bucks really need is a good, hard-nosed coach and they will be a perennial contender, in my opinion.

I mean this team has so much talent and they have every type of player to play mutiple styles in the playoffs which is what you need to be great.

    Sanders, great defense.
Esran, a wing that can hit 3s and create his own shot, plays great pnr d.
Henson, a back to the basket scorer and another guy that can play d.

    They have veterans:
    Mike Dunleavy and Reddick

and they have two facilitators: Jennings and Ellis.

Now, imo, they are going to have to pick either jennings or ellis and let the other go.

If I were them, I'd trade Monta or ersan for Shumpert, resign jennings, get a coach and commit to a defensive game with in out of Hensen and jennings.

the worst thing the bucks ever did was trade for monta ellis.

This. 'Monta Ellis have it all' is the answer to everything.

Totally agree, they have a ton of talent. I would keep Jennings and see if I can get something for Ellis.

That is the worst backcourt in the league.

Stopped reading right there. That comment is almost worse than Rudy Gay on KD level. Google what facilitators do. They normally make things (such as an NBA offense) more efficient.

Just throwing this out there, but what if the bucks did this:

traded ersan for caron butler and eric bledsoe, and they let jennings walk and if monta opts in, they can still trade him as an expiring contract.

bledsoe is a beast defensive and everyone knows that they will be shopped hard to get chris paul some more talent. ersan is a heavy price to give up in any deal (and I am sure the clippers would LOVE to get him), but for eric bledsoe, I really think it would be a solid move.

bledsoe fits in with the bucks identity way more than monta and jennings does and he can put pressure on any backcourt in the league both offesnively and defensively.
