Some coaches are in certain types of situations but those miracles only last 1 or 2 seasons at most when things click. Luck and personnel are certainly involved. Like when Nurse won and had Kawhi for 1 single season. Nurse is not a miracle worker either.
He was mediocre as hell. We have to raise our standards from just flashes now that we're aiming for the playoffs. These are NBA players. Anyone can look good for 2 minutes.
Never seen a player missed so many alley-oops like Bruno did and he was supposed to be lob threat. Unable to do the simplest things on court and frankly he's lucky to be in the league.
We want a lob threat.irrelevant whether he can convert them or not or how often you can utilize that threat. As long as he is not slow and unathletic, nothing else matters…
Do people realise that Udoka/Celtics sent Bruno+Schroeder+Kanter for (only) D.Theis? How come Udoka would want reunion?
Probably one the sadest stories. He's grown some and is indeed Giannis height but with an even longer reach. He has a couple showcases and long stretches where he was a NBA player with unparalleled physical tools. He never got the 'Giannis' treatment in development and training.
Huge game today by Bruno, he was the best player in the surprising win of Brazil over Canada (SGA, RJ Barret, Olynik, Dort…). 19 points and 13 rebounds
