Some coaches are in certain types of situations but those miracles only last 1 or 2 seasons at most when things click. Luck and personnel are certainly involved. Like when Nurse won and had Kawhi for 1 single season. Nurse is not a miracle worker either.

Probably one the sadest stories. He's grown some and is indeed Giannis height but with an even longer reach. He has a couple showcases and long stretches where he was a NBA player with unparalleled physical tools. He never got the 'Giannis' treatment in development and training.
