You could probably find a QB as good or better than Bridgewater in this year's draft because that's not terribly difficult, maybe not one as good as Carr though.

Nah - fans are starved for a QB and he was considered a good prospect. I'm not sure why they passed on him - although I think it would have been smart for them to consider/discuss the ramifications of drafting a Carr.

Honestly? I'm not sure developing a rookie QB is truly the best course of action for a first-year coach; especially a first-ever NFL head coach.

So I think BOB developing one now is a much better proposition than doing it two years ago, when he was still figuring it out for himself, let alone a 22-year rookie with the weight of the world on his shoulders.

No. He thinks he's Alex Smith 2.0.

Bobby is currently going through his archives searching for his five page post on his opinions on him.

Here you go again. Bridgewater would smash any QB in this draft outside of Lynch and Cardale. These other guys are just fan hyped. Players like Cook, Hack, Goff, Wentz etc. are this years McCarron, Wheeden, Bradford. Yeah, theyll get picked high but probably won't be seen or heard from after their drafted.

    Bobby hated Jameis too.

    But loves Mallet.

    Go figure.

Chad Kelly is not Texan material. Uncle Bob would never sign off on him.

Also, see my sig. Any of those three, but my preference is in that order

Not sure why you McCarron on this list. As douchey as he is, they kid played great in place of Dalton and this is just his rookie year.

Well he could be Alex Smith 2.0 if he fully realizes his potential, he still has a way to go but he's still young.

Woah, didn't notice you had hackenberg over Goff. Any reasons why? Just curious

I just think he has more typical quarterback tools.

Possibly a better arm. Probably a better football IQ. He's a gamer that has been hindered by a bad team. Had his best season in a pro style offense. Hasn't folded in bigger games.

Goff is small, ran a gimmick offense and had a few games where he totally melted down.

I like both, though. I just like Hackenberg a bit more, which is a bit against the grain, I guess.

I really think Wentz and Hack will most definitely jump Cook through the process. I think they could jump Goff, too. Hell, Wentz could jump Lynch too. He's a similar quarterback, but better. He just played lesser competition.

Hackenberg just has Texans written all over him. If we could come out of this draft with a Elliott/Henry Hackenberg and jayron Kearse or Jeremy Cash that would be a hell of a draft.

Bradford started all year, weeden led us to our only ever victory in indy, mccarron put his team in position to win a playoff game this year...

Just saying, i have seen and heard of them since being drafted.
