I've always loved "Price is Right". It won't be the same without Bob Barker.

    Greatest gameshow ever.

I always loved it when some fat old lady would spin the wheel and it wouldn't go all the way around, so everyone would boo her. Or when some buff dude would spin it and it would spin for about 2 minutes before stopping.

I always said that the best way to get on stage is to bet $1 every time. There's always 1 item that everyone over-bids on.

Most of the time, bidding $1 is only the correct strategy if you're the last person to bid. I always love it when these doofuses that are the 2nd to bid say "ONE DOLLAR BOB" like they've invented a new, guarunteed strategy, then the next person goes "TWO DOLLARS BOB!" thinking they surely have won...then the next person goes "THREE DOLLARS BOB!" and they win.

I always like the look on the $1 person's face when the next person bids $2, therefore taking them COMPLETELY out of the mix. :D

What is the name of that comedian?

That guy is hilarious. The best bit he did was about The Heist.

Did anyone ever win that game called "The Golden Road?" The end prize was almost always an RV/Camper. I don't think I ever saw anyone even get close. The strange thing about that game was how you almost NEVER saw it come on. I probably saw it 5-8 times in all my years of watching that show.

I saw someone win a an rv on there once. about twelve or thirteen years ago. that's the best game because of the prizes. you win one small prize and then you have to pick a number out of the prize you just won and have to put it into the missing slot of the price, lets say $40_99, of next larger prize. they do that game like once of month if that. I saw them try to give away a dodge viper on that game.

People win on Golden Road every once and a while. I have seen a person win a Viper on there. The reason it's so hard is because it has the most valuable prizes that they give away. You never see a Dodge Caravan or a Hot Tub given away on the Golden Road. One time I even saw them try to give away a Porsche on that game, but the guy lost.

TPiR is one of my favorite shows of all time, but here's my one pet peeve w/the show: get rid of the god damn showcases with a living room or bedroom set!! No one wants those things!!!!! I'd rather them just stroll out a bucket of cash and have me guess how much is in there than win a ugly bedroom set. Another bad one is when the best prize in your showcase is a popup trailer or a sauna with a hot tub. I'd bid 100 thousand dollars to intentionally lose.

I know what you mean about the showcase. One showcase always has a car and the other showcase always has a bedroom set. That was pretty redundant.

I've always wanted to go on there just so I could spin the wheel the other direction.
