It’s stressful unless you work for the Texans. Then it’s all family style chicken dinners and contract extensions.

 

Howard's development is critical long-term; it's not necessarily critical in 2019. The Texans won 11 games with Watson unhealthy for the season's first half and key starters out for long stretches.

Think about the second half last year... Fuller was out, Coutee was out, Foreman was out... If those three return healthy, this will be a better team, no matter what happens with the OL. Hell, I'd place Warring's development in 2019 ahead of Howard's - if they can develop a viable tight end to team with the two last year and give Watson more weapons... The OL will be better if the playmakers are healthy.
