Except Outlaw wasn't a lottery pick. Instead he was picked 23rd overall and he's progressing like a 23rd overall pick should. Also Gerald Green would have to be viewed as the ultimate bust up until now. The guy was also a lottery pick and he's not even in the NBA. He's another player that had multiple chances and couldn't cut it. College would've done Webster and Green well.

Gerald Green was drafted with a #18 pick.

Oops my bad, I was thinking he went 8th overall. Bust nonetheless.

When I watched Blazer games, I always watched Webster extra closely because he was on my fantasy squad. I picked so many guys I thought were due for a big year. Webster was the only guy who didn't pan out.

He isn't very efficient and doesn't do anything spectacular to make you hold on to your hopes. Outlaw on the other hand does play an efficient game and had some very exciting moments.

I wouldn't mind getting Webster if he had room for a prospect, which we don't. He's not awful, but he doesn't have that winning lottery ticket feel that he did even a year ago. He leaves that Gerald Green taste in your mouth, a victim of the high school phenom shine.
