Biggio's last game

    Just saw the late broadcast and pictures speak volumes.....

    I love the way he played the game and the fact that Bidge played 20 years for the same team.This is one of the many things that make him so special.

    I think they said only 17 players in baseball history had done that.

    Craig's biggest attributes were his versatility,total devotion to the game,high level of talent,and the desire to get the most out of it......every game.

    Bidge played the game the way it should be played,,,,,kids/folks need to see that.


    Those career numbers demonstrate what a unique player he was.....yet the best way to describe Craig is simply as a baseball player.

    i just saw the highlights too and i teared a bit when i saw him crying on the field during the ovation. :(

    He was crying as he stepped to the plate for his last at bat.

    Whole thing was painful to me.

    and around the fifth inning as well, as the the Astros were taking their field positions.

    yea.. emotional stuff.. gonna miss biggio..played the game right, class act, and great ball player..

    anyone else think Matt Damon could play Biggio in a movie? :p
