The facts? Did RS have the facts right on the UVA case? No they did not. RS put their political agenda ahead of honest reporting, and it cost them their independence. So your statement is indefensible, in my view. Breitbart engages in hyperbole, but all large news organizations do that. And I give them a lot of credit. They cover and write about issues no MSM news organization (including Fox News) would not dare touch.
Try again, I've said since the beginning I'm voting for B E T O despite knowing he has very little chance at winning. You're moving the goalpost not me.
Someone was flying an anti-Beto banner around Greenway saying "Because Socialism Sux!" In their defense, prop plane banners allow even fewer characters than twitter, so nuance is probably impossible.
First of all state level politics and Governor are a completely different animal and she sort of left politics willingly. Second, politics have dramatically changed since 2014. We're talking major changes in polls, partisanship, etc... Having said all of that, some of her positions were forced into the debates and campaign against corrupt, hypocrite, Abbot.
It's really not that different, there's just a lot more money being pumped into this race from out of state to prop up Robert Francis O'Rouke and he's up against a less likable opponent than Abbot who is ridiculously popular in Texas. That said as soon as O'Rourke was forced to admit where he stands on the issues, the race was over. He'd have been better off refusing the debates and continuing to run on his culturally appropriated nickname and motivational speeches devoid of political substance.
Your obsession with people's names and nicknames is hilarious. Your obsession would be interesting if you were as interested in Canadian citizenship, lack of senate attendance, and shitty voting record but you're not which tells me your obsession is just stubborn hate. You're a close minded, inactive thinking, stubborn, sanctimonious, hater who gets a vote. There are many like you unfortunately.
You say these things but they aren't really based on any knowledge you have about what I have a problem with or don't have a problem with, it's just your pre-programmed NPC response to criticism of your boy. When it comes to Canadian citizenship, I'm pretty sure I covered that when he was running for president, remember this whole bit? When it comes to "senate attendance", I'm not going to knock him for running for president, that's just stupid. He was there for the votes that matter to those who vote for him.....so that also kind of kills your "shitty voting record" talk. The fact is that your boy Francis won't vote for what Texans want him to vote for and he'll support legislation that Texans oppose. That's why he has no chance of being elected, that's why he should have kept his political stances a secret. When he was just the "how do you do, fellow kids" guy with a positive non-political message and a goofy name, he had a chance. Once he was forced to admit what he actually stands for....well that's when his campaign became about running for president and not for Senate.
So many reasonable excuses for the Canadian Cuban but apparently typical culturally accepted forced nickname from birth isn't one of them. Don't be such a fraud.
LOL so now it was "forced"? C'mon, you choose what nicknames to embrace and which ones to do away with. He's not some 5 year old kid. He knows that the nickname helps him with certain communities and that's why he made that nickname the central focus of his campaign. I mean, to this day it's the primary thing he's running on.
I'm sure his parents gave him that nickname before he could talk and walk knowing he could use it in a political campaign in his 40s. Just admit it, dude was given a nickname without choice (aka forced) and he's used it his entire life which is well within his right to do so. To call HIM out for it the way you do is discriminatory with many racist implications against the people who use his nickname. I mean if him not using his real name is such a problem for you why do you use a nickname here? I'm pretty sure your not Macedonian or Greek nor a descendant of Alexander. So you shouldn't use it based on your criteria.
The obsession with Beto's name brings to mind for me "the father of Chile", the illigitimate hispanicized son of an Irishman who was also the Spanish Captain General of Chile. A dude with the awesome name of Bernado O'Higgins. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernardo_O'Higgins Interesting life story, if you are bored.
None of what you just said explains why he used the nickname as the central focus of his candidacy....and there's simply no way you can deny that it was the central focus of his candidacy If you didn't know better, you'd swear it was his last name the way it is the central focus of every ad. As to the name I use here and elsewhere, Bobbythegreat, as you may or may not know, "the great" is merely a title and it is not one that is only or even originally used by the Greeks. In fact Cyrus the Great of Persia was given the title hundreds of years before Alexander of Macedonia was even born and it really is just a different version of saying "Great King"....or at least that's how it started out. If you want to go back even further, Ramses of Egypt and Sargon of Akkad also were given "the great" or "great king" titles and they lived many hundreds of years before Cyrus.
Trying to get back on topic, Beto supports single-payer. The only problem with that is https://www.breitbart.com/midterm-e...e-obvious-reasons-medicare-for-all-wont-work/
Nothing you've said explains why you think him using the nickname he's had since Elementary school is the central focus of his campaign. He's traveled around talked about the issues at meetings with people in every county in the state. His nickname wasn't the focus of any of that. It isn't surprising or a central focus to include his name on ads.
It's not surprising to include his name, O'Rourke, on ads.....but he doesn't include that now does he? Wonder why that is?
Because he goes by Beto and has since he was a kid. I don't know why it matters one way or the other. He can go by any name he wishes. The only one focus on his nickname isn't Beto, it's you.
Because like Donald Trump his brand chooses the most identifiable name. This isn't hard to understand. You do know his name is a brand now right? Like Cruz and Cuck.
