OK guys, simple discussion. Best places to go in the Heights. I love the area but there are so many pockets of awesome I know I'm missing out on some places. I guess I'll start... Blue Star Bar can be OK, but often seems dead... the creek bars are not bad either.

Solid list right here. Except I don't like a lot of stuff on White Oak.

Boomtown coffee. Absolutely one of the best place for coffee or cappuccino. And that's coming from someone who manages his own coffee shops.

Liberty Kitchen is the bomb, you just have to get there by 6 or it's a 2 hour wait.

The Glass Wall is also excellent, and for a kick ass burger of course Christians Tailgate.

If you're in the mood for the best Philly Cheesesteak in town, head over a few blocks off of TC Jester and hit up Pappa Geno's. Freaking heaven for a hungry belly. El Gran Malo is also awesome for a unique flavor if you like Tequila. They have one unbelievable selection and some excellent food for a Gastro Pub.

I've heard good things about Crisp, but I haven't been there.

Crisp was great on my first visit, meh the last 2 times and the wait is horrible for the atmosphere. OK food, way over rated imo though.

North of 11tb street is Mexican heights. Stay far away gringo.

South of 11th street, white folks up the ass.

I believe that's the dividing line.

That's def not the dividing line. If so then white people have been invading for a while now.

They even past that up. The NE side of Heights is dominated by Mexicans while NW is starting to change. You have little pockets like Aurora Street/Cortlandt Street scattered everywhere.

    Ok.

20th is the new line. I'll revise that.
