Does anybody have a good recipe for dry recipes? I've tried a lot but can't seem to find one that blows me away. Will be using charcoal.
I'm about to fire up the smoker and lay out a rack of baby back ribs, turkey sausage & corn on the cob. I don't want to crank up my oven when it's 100 degrees outside. I use Fiesta brisket rub on ribs, brisket and chicken. Going to smoke today's stuff for about 5-6 hours. I'll put sauce on it with a couple of hours to go.
