Baxter vs Badiane - Why we signed Baxter?

You better hope the Rockets never release their rights to Badiane, Ill-Skillz. You wouldn't have any reason to look at this board anymore, much less post.

 

It's more like...if the Rox renounce Badiane's rights, quite a few posters will have 2 less danglers to slobber on.

 

I remember getting flamed in a thread a few months ago for saying that Badiane sucks. Glad to know everyone else figured that out.

Nobody cares what I-S says anyway. Saying 'everyone' thinks Badiane sucks is called stating a sweeping generality derived from a specific case, and that contradicts the rules of Philosophy and Logic.

You probably got flamed by people like Krocket, he's basketball challenged, so you have to forgive him. Krocket thinks putting up goose eggs in scoring in a summer league game is an indicator of future NBA stardom.

 

And degrading other people makes Ill-Skillz feel like he has a larger penis.

 

Simple, we need a PF that can contribute now in case of injuries. You're talking about the best player on our summer league roster versus a guy who was very dissapointing. Badaine is another 2-3 years away from being able to make our roster and that's even if he ever will.

It's like this...if you know that Badiane was a long shot at best and has not shown anything since he was drafted, expect to catch some grief when you project him as ever being a contributor to this team.
